After a little research I see that Goldspot's product is a preroll type of ad unit, not suitable for display. I ran into some issues with the example unit and the quality of the video may not be suitable for brands. http://i.imgur.com/J7H0z9Y.jpg

Not sure who the other companies are that you're referring to.

Re: Addroid, TVGla and Universal Pictures Create the First In-Banner Video Ads for Mobile Browsers

This is not news. GoldSpot and other companies have had this product for quite a while. Putting it in special file extension doesn't make it new.

Re: Addroid, TVGla and Universal Pictures Create the First In-Banner Video Ads for Mobile Browsers

It's surprising to me that this is news. With 1/5 of all flash ads failing to play on mobile, this seems like a much needed disruption that should have been in place 3 years ago. Why hasn't the interactive ad industry adopted this as the default format?

Re: Addroid, TVGla and Universal Pictures Create the First In-Banner Video Ads for Mobile Browsers

Congrats...amazing tech!

Re: Addroid Blog is Up and Running!

The SERVICENTRIC project I am Launching soon ...called ADOPTAMUSE...needs to use this TECH to do what could have not been done... with our HUMBLE media campaighns before.
